SMS cannot input to a webpage unless there is a mechanism in place at the website that would "read" the sms as an email and then place it in a specific field. SMS is also not an interactice communication media. No way to know exactly where it will be posted. There are some mobile phones with web access. They do work, but not using the SMS.
