When I was looking for a switch from a Bach 1 1/2 C Mike suggested the "1" series. I went to his shop and tried a B1 and a B2. I found that for me the B1 was a better fit. Then mouthpiece that I use 80% of the time is a B12D STC-3 on my Vintage One. The exceptions are when playing lead in a big band I use a B6L and when playing in church orchestra I use a B11 in a STC-1 weight.
