Hello All,

I'm brand new to the trumpetmaster site and I have a question concerning Army Bands (non-premier). Does anyone here know which of the active army bands would be considered the best bands?

I've listened to several of the bands on their respective websites as well as youtube and have been impressed with some and not so impressed with others.

Also, on the Army's website it states that you can choose your station of duty 90 days before basic. Is this accurate or simply a recruiting tool to get you in, and then you go wherever they want you?

I know there will be a lot of unknowns that can only be figured out by experience, but I am nonetheless trying to make as educated of a decision as possible.
