Hi all,
So here is what I have so far.

Who is your best teacher? It had better be yourself.
Why are Barbara Butler and Charlie Geyer such great teachers?
Where to put your worst playing habits? In your warm up.
Auditions techniques. (Peter Oundjian, Music Director of the Toronto Symphony Orchestra has agreed to add his two cents to this thread about what a conductor listens for.)
How to approach new pieces.
Tuning, how, who, when and where.
