I just recently acquired a York Cornet, at least I think it is a cornet, and am having some difficulty locating the exact year of it. I am putting a link on here to the pictures of it so all of you out there that can help me can. I am a drummer so Brass is kinda foreign to me. The bell reads York and under that it says superba. The Serial number is 654177 but it looks like the 65 isn't of the same font as the 4177. Any help would be great.
