| New to TM, glad I found it :)
I was clicking around different brass websites and came across this. I liked the website so much, I figured I'd join it! Well.. My name is Jake, but "jurandr" is my internet handle, since as far as I can tell, I'm the only person who uses it. I am a Sophomore in High school, been playing trumpet since 5th grade (6 years for you mathematically challenged people) and am currently one of the best players in my school.(Me and another are totally evenly matched.. our auditions were exact matches) In 8th grade I made all-district band, in 9th grade I joined high school marching band and loved it, and freshman/sophomore years came close to all-district. In future career I am hoping to be a contracted musician to play soundtracks for movie producers, broadway pit bands, and the likes. Hopefully in my time here I'll have learned. I think this is detailed enough from the "Please tell us a bit about yourself" area in the pinned topic :) |
