I second the Top 50 book.
Another suggestion is the Cherry Music trumpet excerpt collection which is a CD of complete parts (.pdf).

If you're just getting your feet wet in orchestral literature, I would recommend you start with the Top 50 book because it has almost all (and only) the important stuff, whereas the Cherry CD has much much more, though it lacks most of the more modern pieces because of copyright issues.
