The 6B was a prolevel horn when manufactured. It ws played by more than a couple of modern jazz greats. It' a screamer when pushed and is well built and well thought of. I think they bring $400-650 plus depending on condition. But it really depends on how much you like it for whatever reason. Acomplete valve job will run $400 plus if I remember correctly. Perhaps you could call a tech or Andersons and get confirmation. Good luck.
