Re: Bach 3C Megatone

Personally, i loved the mouthpiece, i played it for a couple years. I seemd to always have the problem of switching back and forth between the megatone 3c and the regular 3c They both are great mouthpieces, but recently i made the switch to a kanstul copy of a monette B4, to my understand it is somewhere in between a 1 1/2c to a 3c ( thats what kanstul told me), but im not quit sure what it is. It is so far my favorite mouthpiece, the monette copy is beautifull and about the 2 3rd's the price of a real monette.

Sorry to stray from the thread, but anyway the megatone, in my opinion, is a good solid mouthpiece, it adds a depth and fullness to ones sound, its solid. ANd even with the extra metal i do not feel limits the range.

Hope that Helps
