The Kanstul only looks similar. Calling it a replica is a stretch.
DO NOT BUY A MOUTHPIECE THAT YOU HAVE NOT TRIED BEFORE - MONETTE OR OTHERWISE. The megatone is VERY different from a 3C and if you research carefully, the odds have been 50/50 that players stick with it. That is not a good or bad sign, it is just the reality of an exceptionally heavy mouthpiece. You wouldn't order a wife mail order, then don't look for a mouthpiece that way either. It is too intimate!
