I agree with everyone who said go to a place where you can compare several different horns. That said, I do have a Jupiter 1200 that I bought before the price took off and I really don't have any complaints about it. It is substantial (heavy) and well built and I've never had any complaints about it. It replaced a Blessing ML-1 that had intoation issues above the staff. I have two other Jupiter horns, a flugel and a t-bone (can I say that in a trumpet forum?) and am well satisfied by them. Check out the brasswind but don't forget your local stores too, I've had several match WWBW prices when I showed them a catalog--plus you have a local connection for service.
