60000-95000 serials were from 1952-61. Very good student cornet. Easy to play with good tone and accuracy. Mine is a 68xxx number so must be from the early to mid 50's but I had thought it was later. Contempora corner site has serial lists. Welcome to Contempora Corner! Horn-u-copia site has a couple of photos of Roth cornets and some commentary. Mine is the last photo and I mis-stated the serial and year and have sent in a correction. They were made in that period and there is a note the last verifiable serial for a Roth was from 59. Friend of mine has one with a deluxe case and mine has the standard case.
