| Re: monette mouthpiece delivery time McTrumpet,
It depends - how's that for an answer! Monette may have some standard sized mouthpieces in stock, but, typically they make most of their mouthpieces to order. As you know, their quality control is extremely high, and, as they don't do their own plating, time lags sometimes result from having to send the mouthpiece to the platers once its been cut and checked, then re-checking it when it returns to the shop. Who'd you place your order with? I've found everybody at the shop to be incredibly helpful, so I'd suggest giving Dean (the mouthpiece supervisor) a call to check on your order. Usually mouthpieces come in a few weeks, but, if you've waited a month already, I'd bet it'll be on its way soon - give them a call and check in.
Best,
