While playing in Rock Bands that changing from Major to Minor---Dom. to Maj.When listening to Bird and Dizzy ...... I hear any note any scale. as long as you end on the right note. And what makes it right? What note comes after that, or after that. Don't feel too bond by "changes" (chords) Transition to the next one is just part of the conversation or statement.
