It really makes me sad to think of a Schilke on a marching field....I would reccomend a lesser but solid horn for marching, say an Olds Ambassador, and a better horn for indoor situations. Schilkes are great horns, but a little on the delicate side to march with. A great marching horn would be something like a Schilke MII, which plays like a B5, and a B1 or B5 for indoors. Of coarse, there are a ton of other options, so get out there and play as many as you can!
