Not to cause a stir, but,

In Philly, the Only student of theirs was Chris Martin. It sounds like you are doubling the success rate, as I am assuming you are including Chris in Chicago and Atlanta, as well as Philly. Please correct me if I am wrong.
Also, don't forget James Darling:

Detroit
Cincinnati
Cleveland
Philadelphia
Mexico
(I believe LA, but could be wrong)
And if you are counting players winning other jobs, you must count Montreal, San Francisco Opera, San Antonio)
