(Be warned - these are only the basics - Sydney rules are quite complex, but if you are willing to participate, then Aussies will be only to pleased to educate you on the spot - careful, an Aussie sense of humour is something to be reckoned with, and is not easily understood - and we DO NOT have any sort of accent).
