I started with a Getzen in the early 70s.

I switched to a Courtois 154 in 1976. That was the best, for me flugelhorn I ever played. I didn't think any other flugelorn would be as good.

Two years ago I played an Eclipse flugelhorn. That is, for me, the best I have ever played.

I use an Eclipse, red brass bell, scratched and lacquered.

This is MY flugelhorn.



..and yes, I have the first valve slide in backwards in the picture.
