Must have been a beautiful memorial, wish I had been there. The 2nd movement of the Ravel concerto is such a perfect eulogy, too.
It was also interesting to discover that your father used Eb trumpet on the Copland...I'll have to give it a try, as I just got a new one. Meanwhile, thanks for keeping your dad's memory and legacy alive. We all owe him a great debt of gratitude.
