Something else we have up here is a bloody great frog... Well it is not really a frog .. it is an ugly great toad...And it really is an ugly bugger. They exist in plague proportions here in Queensland and are moving further down south every year.
They was introduced to control the cane beetle, but they were more interested in each other than the beetle. Here is an interesting little story about a couple of the little buggers here.
