Well this is my first post to TrumpetMaster.com. I'm a comeback player. Love reading the forums on this site. Informative and encouraging and insightful.

So what is this passion for trumpet that we all pursue? For me that's simple - its that tingle that goes up your spine and makes the hair on the back of you neck and scalp tingle when you hear a really tight trumpet section bringing down the walls of Jericho - or when you hear Maynard and his band - or the subtle skills of a Wynton or Maurice Andre.
