Can I throw another option into the mix?

I sometimes do high horn parts on Eb tenor horn.
I am thinking here about the Brandenburg no 1.
I have one that points forwards like a flugel so it doesnt have the problem of the sound going up the way and sounding unbalanced.

It does sound more like a french horn than a flugel would.
