I did some looking and have found that this Conn was made around 1914. I think it can be converted to an A cornet by moving/removing the slides. Unfortunately the mouthpiece is stuck in it. I'll have to get professional help to try and remove it. The mouth piece is called a commander mellow cup with the number 3 stamped on it.

Anyway I look forward to finding out more about this horn.
