| Getzen bore size?
What is the bore size of a 1950's Getzen Super Deluxe cornet?
There is no reliable source of info on the Internet, even the Getzen company told me they don't know.
I know that several people in the 2 trumpet sites own Getzen Super Deluxe cornets (which I believe are part of the Model 80 series?), so I would greatly appreciate it if one of you could measure your bore size and post the results.
The Power Bore model is allegedly .468, so the regular Super deluxe model should presumably have a smaller bore than that.
Also, I once read that the Power Bore model can be identified by the "PB" on the cornet.
Does anyone know where on the cornet that "PB" would be found?
