I strongly suspect that the Getzen Super Deluxe bore size is only about .460, while I would prefer a larger bore size.
But if the Getzen for sale is a Power Bore version, I would be thrilled. I just don't know how to tell if it is a Power Bore version.

I know that "Old Lou" lists a Getzen Super Deluxe cornet among his collection of 23,974 instruments (I'm estimating :^), but I also saw a post of his in Trumpet Herald in which he said that he has difficulty getting to some of his instruments that are in storage so he might not be able to measure his.

Well, Morris, you goaded me into digging through my 'accumilation' to find my 'Super Deluxe' cornet, which is one of the 90 series horns, not the 80 'deluxe' grade. Measuring with a Mitutoyo dial calipe, I find the I.D. of the second valve tuning slide to be a nominal .460" +/- .002" .

By the way, my boss,( wife ), would eject me nd my 'accumilation' if I had anywhere nearly the number of horns that you estimate. I do have more than 50, which has her 'EXTREMELY' upset about the clutter and loss of space in our home office and storage room.
