My dream trumpet would be more or less an all-purpose instrument for any occasion.

Standard weight L bore C valve block with Gold Bb slides, ML bore #43 Bb leadpipe (that's right, dual bore), #72 standard bell, heavy bottom valve caps. Bell-tuned, interchangeable leadpipes.

Extras
Silver C slides
L bore #43C pipe
#238 standard weight bell

ML bore #7 pipe
#65 heavyweight bell
#43 sterling bell

hmm ... never heard of the #50. It's not in the Bach Strad parts catalog either. What are its characteristics compared to the #25 and the #43 in feel and sound quality?
