Hi All,Yeasterday while looking for a Olds Recorder on Ebay I spotted an Olds mendez cornet 1956.I thought that the seller made a mistake an listed it as a cornet and it was a trumpet.It looks exactly like the Mendez trumpet! I e-mailed her and she explained that she also thought it was a trumpet but it was engraved cornet on the bell.It only has one small ding on the bell and it was looking so beautiful that I put a low bid (less that $700)thinking I didn't have a chance at it.I won it
!!!No Recorder for me for awhile if I want to stay in good standing with the wife but thats just fine with me.There is not much info on the net for this horn and Iam thinking that theres not to many of these around?I would love to get the matching trumpet some time in the future.Any info on this horn would be great.Screaming Morris,Mf fan,And Old lou to the rescue I hope.Thanks Everyone
