It is a very gray area. Outside the USA over 50 years and it is in the public domain. In the USA recordings before 1972 are not protected except for the master tape.

There is also fair use and education issues

This forum is not storing the files. Just passing on links.

It is up to you. Nobody seems to want to discuss these great recordings so it may become moot.
