| Re: Contest Entries I think the point of this was that the winner would get the horn of his/her dreams. the last contest gave you only one possible prize and, while the NYTC is no doubt a spectacular trumpet, that trumpet was to given with only one way (the way it was built). This contest allows you to have your trumpet built from the ground up and give you exactly what you want.
Besides, it is random. As long as your entry follows the rules, you will be placed in a drawing. The actual writing will be considered for publication but will not affect your chances of winning (This is as I understand it from the rules in the way that seems to make the most sense).
