Meinl & Lauber Baroque trumpet for sale. This is a ca.1980 Meinl & Lauber single hole long-model C/D Baroque trumpet that was converted into a three-hole system short model by Andrew Naumann. Includes Crooks for D, Db, C and Cb, and 2 Bruno Tilz mouthpieces(3C-ish size): #7 and #9(rim modified to match #7). The horn has a few nicks and dings here and there but nothing significant. Both mouthpieces have initials lightly stamped on them. This is a very fine playing and versatile instrument with a warm yet robust tone. $1800.00

This horn is in nearly PERFECT condition. It has been extremely well cared for. The only sign of use is a very very tiny pin-sized mark on the bell flare, which is only visible under very close inspection. The valves are some of the best I've felt and the slides are all very smooth. This model comes with a third slide ring which is not available on several other piccolo trumpets, and is very handy.

Asking price is $1700. This is a fantastic piccolo that plays just as well if not better than the other top brands for much less money.

Buyer pays shipping, which will be insured and packaged very carefully.
