about funk trumpets
Hi everybody

I'm asking myself if there's something on the web about soul & funk trumpet music and musicians (hystory, reviews of records from a "brass point of view", arrangement basics, scores...)...generally we speak about jazz or classical trumpets but we "forget" how much brass playing was important for the birth and success of this music...

Amen! Would love to see some historical props for the horn arrangers that have made it big. Let me know if you find something out there.
