Have a look at some of the Hal Leonard trumpet play-alongs, and the Guest Spot ones too. You get a backing track with most of them, and usually a demo track too. They have all sorts of music from movie themes to classical to jazz, and a lot of it is easy enough for a beginner. For example the 'Acoustic Rock' one has some very simple stuff in it and of course, you can feel as though you are playing along with a band or an ensemble.
Is 'The Imperial March' a song? How do the words go? I might try it next time at karaoke.
The "Guest Spot" series is excellent, but I don't know if the full range of books are available in the US. It sure has a lot of choices and the backgrounds are very good. I used to use them to do solo playing at venues where there wasn't enough room for a full combo.
You can't blow it if you haven't lived it.

I have 2 books available. One has songs, the other has melodies. They are wonderful for all levels.
The melody book is on Amazon
