alison Balsom on NPR

I heard a promo for today's A Prairie Home Companion's show that said Alison Balsom was was going to be on the show today. Usually comes on at 6pm. Hope I heard correctly.

Heard her playing and interview. Played some jazz flavored pieces with a cello and piano and the Artunian in the middle segment. Great playing by all and she evidently was a hit with the crowd.

Just an FYI, Alison will be appearing in Milwaukee with the MSO on March 28th and 29th. I am hoping to get to see her.
