It doesn't matter WHAT you play... but rather HOW you play.
Choose something that you sound GREAT playing.
I'd go with the Olympus. It is a real good way to show your musicianship--just play with better intonation and sound than the recording. Study the form--each of the sections have their own story to tell. Figure out what emotions are asked for in each section--happy, sad, reflective, shouting, crying, whatever....
