Breathing Gym

Does anyone have any experience with "Breathing Gym" with Pat Sheridan and Sam Pilafian? I used it with my beginning brass students with some success and was just wondering about other experiences with it.

Thanks for reading!

Re: Breathing Gym

I really liked it. My directors did it in high school. It can really get your lungs expanding and the air flowing. But I beleive and have been taught that to apply it to trumpet playing you have to modify it slightly Because we use air much differently than tuba players. But It definatley improved my playing and I think it has alot to offer.
