![]() | Chops and Endurance Here's something that everyone can enjoy. Frank Kaderabek told me this story a long time ago that goes something like this. He, Gil Johnson, and Bernie Adelstein were hanging out one time. Johnson is discussing the strain on your chops on the gig and what to do about it. Adelstein says to him "High, low, loud, soft; it doesn't matter. My chops always feel great!" Frank said that Gil just about fell out of his chair.
