My two cents - stuff happens in performance that never happens in rehearsal and home practice and there's no way to prepare for that other than to prepare as much as possible. The more you perform, the less that occurs IMHO. Performance anxiety is a sneeky you know what and even in its smallest dose it takes away the very top of our performance capabilities. Don't beat yourself up for sure. Take a lesson from the experience and congratulate yourself on the 99% that was right and beautiful.
