Whether Isham loves them or not is a different issue, but may well be a selling point. Description of playing quality is probably from advertising media or is part of the oath and secret handshake among Monette players. |

![]() | I thought something looked fishy with those 2 also. The raw brass one is definately a Monette but the silver plated one? I'm not so sure. It says that it's early 80's but it looks odd to me. I too think it's very strange that they use the exact same language--feesable but make you go "hmmm". |

| Pianissimo User | go to www.monette.net and you'll see more (look at the LT2000 models) - it's actually a bit unusual to see a chicago monette plated at all, but Cal Price (the 1st owner) could have stipulated that for using his name in advertising or could have had it done afterwards himself.
