![]() | endurance hi everybody... i'd like to know if someone else has the same endurance problems that seem to affect me... generally i play for 3-4 hours a day...at the end of my session i still can play in my high register, but only if i play technical exercises (to let you understand: H.L. Clarke "style")... But only after one hour of playing long studies (Brandt "style" for example) i'm completely lips-tired and i cannot arrive to the end of the study...does it happen to everyone or it's just my problem?is there some way to solve this problem? thanx |

Divide your practice session into 45 minute parts with at least 20 minutes break in between!. Do not practice your chop builders first, do a light routine then attack music, repertory. After that, technical studies and embouchure builders. NEVER practice music when you are tired. It deserves only the best attention from YOU!
