Re: First Trumpet advice

It isn't the horn that makes Botti. It is his soul and dedication to the instrument. All you need is a decent student horn to get started. That is the optimum on easy to play and in tune for beginners. You won't be able to get "that sound" for a couple of years anyway. By then, if you have what it takes, you will have the soul, chops and ears for a pro trumpet.
