At the urging of a good customer who's loving this book, there are now more sample pages on the website. You can see part of a warm-up starting at four focal points. Have fun with these!

    Rich,

I'm enjoying the FocalPoint book, many thanks for the recent addenda too. I have only been working at it for a fortnight so far but the warm-ups mean that I certainly reach my performance preparation targets much more consistantly then previously. I'm not sure if it is a head thing but I feel as if that process improves my endurance too. Keep up the good work.

    Regards,
    Ted
