| Pianissimo User | Great Job Manny! Pictures tonight (Saturday) was fantastic!! Your sound is sooo amazing. It's as smooth as butter but in the powerful sections cut's through perfectly. Maybe you could talk about the moment right when you were ready to play but the conductor decided to talk on the mic first, haha. Or even later where it took a while for him to cue you. It was funny by any means :) I'm not sure what I think yet about the Goldenberg and Shmuyle interpretation on the conductor's behalf but nevertheless it was good to hear the different interpretation rather than the same one all the time. Amazing job! Jeremy |

| Thank you for your kind "review", Jeremy. It was a very enjoyable week for me. How about Brian Grivna on sax? Gorgeous! The most sensitive I've ever heard and he's been our sax-go-to guy for years. I was particularly moved by the emotion in Steve Campbell's Bydlo... fat tuba sound that is great to play with. Yeah, it's nice to have a different take on SG and S. I got very wrapped up in it. Thanks for coming... Mahler 6th in two weeks! ML |

| Pianissimo User | Sorry I missed the show. Steve Campbell is great isn't he? I know you guys chose him as your next principal tuba; he will be missed down here in Milwaukee. He has done a great job and I enjoy his playing very much. He's a great guy too and nice to have a beer with! |

| [Pictures tonight (Saturday) was fantastic!!] It was fantastic on Friday night as well. It fact, one of my friends puts it in his top five best ever MN Orch concerts. Great job Manny! Oh, and thanks for meeting my wife and friends after the concert. Warren |

| Great, sounds like something I would like to hear. I'm not a big fan of orchestral stuff usually, but I'm ALWAYS a big fan of well played live music regardless of the genre. Hope my gig intersects close to yours someday Manny! -J |
