I like the one that's related, with the guy's neck vein bulging ...... having a history of being a rather muscular, veiny person, I've had a vein that did that just when talking. Scary. Oh I can see trumpet is going to be interesting.....

I once played with a sax player whos neck bulged out like Dizzy's cheeks.It was so bad that he played with a brace or collar around his neck.You had to see it to believe it!
