Intercontinental Drift- The New York Trumpet Company!!

Hi Everyone!

Not sure if you guys have heard or not, BUT, the New York Trumpet Company has released a CD of all original Music by Adrian Kelly. The Trumpet players on this album are: Adrian Kelly, Nick Drozdoff, Tony Gambaro, Russ Johnson, Garret Savluk & Felix Vayser. Felix is playing Flugelhorn!!

These are mostly Jazz Trumpet ensemble pieces with rhythm section. One is a solo with string quartet and one has trombones. The CD's should arive next week! Anyone who orders a CD now will have to wait a week to get it!

I am publishing all of the works on this CD. So, not only can you hear the music, you can play it too!

Check it out at:

Thanks Guys!

Re: Intercontinental Drift- The New York Trumpet Company!!

G'day all!

If anyone has any questions about the pieces - how they were composed, how they sound, where the titles came from, what the heck i was thinking with the title track etc - please don't hesitate to ask!

You can hear a couple of tracks from the disc on my myspace page ( www.myspace.com/adriankellytrumpet ). I think you may also be able to listen to excerpts of all the tunes on Andrew's site.

Thanks to Andrew for making more and more brass music available to us all, and also to Felix and everyone at NYTC for making the recording of the CD possible. I'm proud and honoured to be associated with all of you.

Cheers!
- Adrian
