    You could try Phil Parkers Brass in London. They might have a contact number. John wrote a really good book of flexibility exercises - How Brass players do it.

    Yes, I'm breathing life into a zombie thread...

    My trumpet teacher loaned me a copy of John Ridgeon's book "How Brass Players Do It" - mentioned above.

    Ridgeon spends several pages talking about the physiology of brass playing which interesting reading by itself. The rest of the book is filled with flexibility exercises. Many of the exercises are preceded with pointers to developing good habits/breaking bad ones.

    I've had some issues trying to build consistency when slurring up octave and larger intervals (chirping unwanted intervening partials). These exercises seem to be helping.
