I was wondering if any of you supplemented your diet with this amino acid? There are vitamins/supplements proclaiming to benefit our cardiovascular health. The ingredients are usually vitamins C and E and 1,250 mg of L-Arginine. L-Arginine is not terribly expensive purchased alone and I already take a multivitamin, so that takes care of the C and E vitamins. I just wondered if anyone else here thought along these lines and noticed any benefit. Thanks.
