Well my fellow TMers,
looks like things have really come full circle.
I have been tapped on the shoulder to play four songs
with the lajolla c.a. symphony on oct 14th.
I will be doing four pieces, wont know what until monday
but i gotta tell ya, i think it,s gonna be kinda fun.
just got the offer yesterday and said yes!
This is gonna be areal hoot!
Of course I,ll have to play smigity-smack licks and classic hit,s.

Hey... that band is smokin! I wish they'd devote part of a segment to just listening and watching the band... really! I won't ask how you manage to read the music down with all of those lovely ladies leaping about in front of you. I anticipate a "costume malfunction" any show now.

That's a nice playlist. You going to find one of them teeny little bits o' brass to play for the Rondeau?... or is that Caleeforniyay so bright that you can do it on Bb?
