Thanks for all your replys, I think corect breathing is the one of the next big hurdles to overcome, i have now abandoned my hunt for the magic mouthpiece. My practice for breathing was consisting of this:
  • Relaxing shoulders and trying to fill from the bottom up imagining the whole in my back scenario.
  • The above linked with Rowuks circle of breath.
  • I was not holding my breath, i was following one of Rowuks threads where he advocates breath in for 4 counts then exhale for four counts etc
  • I do not go light headed every time

Over the weakend i purchased Clarke Technical Studies and Stamp Warm Ups. i am now going to progress through these studies. I have a teacher but i do like to explore for myself and assess different opinions and concepts. Thanks for all your replys.
