| Magical changing key signatures! Amazing- you get told at the last minute (as in AFTER rehearsal) that we're playing the piece in E, and the guy starts everyone off in A- not only am I racing to do damage control because I'm surrounded by folks who may be "transpositionally challenged", but I am also a soprano & it was painful to hear their suffering! |
