B15M has a spectacular aura about
Maynard.

I heard that Maynard Ferguson is playing a Monette now and he sounds great.

MF plays the Prana XLT model...This is the same horn Patrick Hession plays...MF jokingly refers to Patrick's personal horn as "the sideman model"

I went to a concert a few months ago and he was playing his monette model already back then. Either way he sounds great. So does Patrick, when he came out in the audience to play Hey Jude his bell was like 4 feet from my face, i shook his hand too. That man can play. Carl Fischer rocks too on his GR!!!

Have any of you guys played his sig mp? I have a list on some GR's I want to try when I have the time. The problem is that the only GR dealer is in Dallas and it is an hour away from my house.

They sell any trumpet/mp/anything that Mr. E's and Brook Mays doesnot. They do not carry music, but how cares, there is always Penders(over in Denton, they carry any type of music. It is the size of a Mr' E's only with music.).
